Our Summer Vacation....

I know I didn't elaborate much on my vacation my family and I took in late July. since I've been going through pictures and video. I actually made a little list of some places I wanted to see that were so-pose to be haunted. Time really didn't allow for too much.  I recalled one stop we made along the way. We stopped in a little town along the northern pacific, a town called crescent city. There's a place running along the hwy 101 deep in the beautiful redwoods. Its like nowhere you've ever seen. Its very mystical, ferns growing everywhere, and the biggest redwoods ever...There has even been reports of the legendary creature Bigfoot . Anyways the road is so pretty to walk, but very creepy at night.  Along the way I seen the most biggest slugs crawling around, pretty though. Its like your walking through the rain-forest and actually you really are there's not that much sunlight peeking through these huge trees. Well at the very end of the road you come to a very beautiful lake, overlooking the woods. Well there is of course a story that is associated with this Walker road. I guess these teens one day decided to come swimming in this water hole and I guess disappeared. Sounds kind of creepy right?
Anyways these are the haunting's that I researched around this coastal town called crescent city. We only visited Walker road, but we didn't encounter any ghosts that day. The night before we did do a little exploring, the night turned out to be a big mistake on our part. We decided to have us a little camp fire by the river, come to find out there were no camp fires allowed. We were told there were posted signs, but since it was at night we didn't see them. Well we were maybe only 5 minutes into our fun when all of a sudden we were embarked with the brightest lights imaginable. The park rangers showed up we were really surprised due to the fact we were vacationing in these same woods two years earlier and we never ran into this much aggravation. There is so much woods around you just assume you could get bye with a little more freedom. Well this wasn't the case that night. Come to find out they're has been quite a bit of trouble in these part of the woods with local people and teens. We were lucky we didn't get sited but they weren't too amused.
Here are the haunting's that have been reported...

Crescent City - Sutter Coast Hospital Old site and new ICU ward - The old site of the hospital always gives passer-bys eerie feeling now a hotel is being constructed right on the site,(that is sure to be haunted) but the new hospital's ICU ward is definitely haunted. A worker at the hospital was in ICU when it was closed down due to lack of patients, so therefore it was empty. They were minding their own business when the patient call light and buzzer went off when they walked to the empty room the buzzer stopped and the buzzer in the room two doors down went off, so they walked back to the nurses station and the buzzer stopped. (The buzzers can only be turned off from the nurse’s station) They thought someone was playing a trick on them but when they investigated the whole place was empty.
Crescent City - Tsunami Lanes - old family owned bowling center was sold. new owners report during remodeling they could here footsteps on wooden walk space behind pin-setters.

Crescent City - Walker Rd. - At the end of Walker Rd. there is an old swimming hole. Around the 1950's a couple of teenagers went there and were never seen again, all their belongings still sitting on the bank of the pond. During the day you can hear laughter and splashing around when no one is in the water. but at night the "feel" of the place is scary and you can hear screams and footsteps all around you.
